Cancellation Policy

Our policy is TWO BUSINESS DAYS notice for a cancellation. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday.

Due to numerous “last minute” cancellations and “no-shows,” our rate for this occurrence is the full hourly rate of the service being received. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

Client payment/co-pays are due at the time professional services are rendered.
